Renting by the month
Send your application and, if approved, pay the first month and the deposit.
- On the place choose By the month and check the rent, the deposit, the lease length and the move-in date.
- Tap Apply to rent and tell the agency about yourself: move-in date, lease length, how many people, income, guarantee (guarantor or lease guarantee policy), pets and your phone.
- The agency reviews your application and we let you know if it's approved or declined.
- If it's approved, go to My places, open Rental applications and tap Pay first month and deposit.
The lease is signed with the agency, outside Closegram; here you pay the first month and the deposit. Canceling a monthly rental follows your lease.
Tip: Until it's approved, you can withdraw your application from My places.
