Canceling a stay
How much you get back depends on when you cancel.
- In My places open your stay.
- Under Change of plans? you see how much you get back if you cancel today.
- Tap Cancel booking and confirm.
Cancellation policy
- Inside the free cancellation window: you get everything back. Each place says up to how many days before check-in.
- After the window: you get back 50% of what you paid, not counting the service fee.
- If the host or agency cancels, they always refund everything.
The refund goes back to your payment method; to a card it can take a few days, depending on your bank.
Tip: Before booking, check the cancellation policy under Before you book on each place.
