Your check-in and stay
Address, check-in instructions, payments due and your review.
- Exact address and map: they show on your stay once the booking is confirmed.
- Check-in instructions: they show on your stay a day before check-in and also reach you as a notification.
- Message the host: write to them from your stay if you have questions or will arrive late.
- Balance due: if you paid part, you see the deadline and the Pay the rest button. We remind you a day before it's due.
When your stay ends you can leave a review with overall stars plus cleanliness, accuracy, check-in, communication, location and value.
Tip: If something isn't as described, message the host from your stay and, if it isn't solved, write to us in the support chat.
