Booking a stay on OpenDoor

Choose dates and guests, check the total and confirm your booking.

Open the place and pick your dates on the calendar; taken nights are crossed out.
Set how many guests are going and check the total: nights, cleaning, the weekly discount if any and Closegram's service fee.
Tap Reserve. If you like, leave a note for the host.
Choose how to pay and tap Confirm and pay.

Pay everything or part of it

Pay everything now: you pay the total and you're done.
Pay part now and the rest later: you pay half today and the rest before the free cancellation window ends, at no extra cost. It only shows when that window ends two or more days from now.

While you pay we hold the dates for 15 minutes. Your booking shows in My places.

Tip: Your payment is released to the host 24 hours after your check-in. If the place isn't like the photos, write to us in the support chat.
