Transferring a ticket
Give your ticket to another Closegram account before the event.
- In My tickets open the event.
- Tap Transfer a ticket and choose which one.
- Enter the person's @username and confirm.
Your QR stops working and that account gets the ticket with a new QR in their My tickets, with a notification.
You can transfer until a few hours before the event: usually 2 hours, though the organizer can set a different limit. You see it on the event page and before paying.
Tip: The other person needs a Closegram account to receive the ticket.
