Refunds and canceled events
Tickets are refunded when the organizer cancels the event.
A ticket purchase can't be canceled from My purchases. If you can no longer go, transfer your ticket to someone else.
If the event is canceled
If the organizer cancels the event, we refund what you paid and notify you. Your tickets are marked Refunded. The money goes back to the payment method you used; to a card it can take a few days, depending on your bank.
Each event's policy
Each event can have its own refund policy. You see it on the event page and under Before you pay.
Tip: Something off with your purchase? In your tickets tap View receipt to see what you paid, or message the organizer.
