Your tickets and entry QR
Your tickets are in My tickets, with one QR per person.
- Open TicketNation and go to My tickets.
- Tap the event to see each ticket: date, doors time, zone, entrance, whose name it's in and its code.
- Show the QR at the entrance. Turn up your screen brightness.
Each person shows their own QR. If you sent a ticket to a friend's account, it shows as already sent for you and only that person sees its QR.
Once your ticket is scanned at the entrance it's marked Used and can't be used again.
Online events
For an online event, the link arrives in My tickets: tap Join the stream.
Tip: From your tickets you can also add the event to Google Calendar, get directions and message the organizer. On the day of the event we send you a reminder.
