Tracking your food order
Where your order is, when it arrives and your delivery code.
After paying, your order's tracking opens. You also find it in My orders.
- Waiting for the restaurant to accept.
- Order confirmed: the restaurant accepted it.
- Preparing your food.
- On the way, or Ready for pickup if you're picking it up.
- Delivered or Picked up.
You see the estimated arrival time (or when it will be ready) and a map with the restaurant and your address. We notify you every time it changes.
Your delivery code
When a driver brings your order, you see their name, where they are on the map and a 4-digit code. Give it to the driver when you get your food; only you can see it.
Tip: Once it's delivered you can rate the driver. If you'd rather not, tap Not now.
