On the day of your appointment
Check in with the QR, directions, video calls and reviews.
- Check in: your appointment has a QR code and a short code to show at the front desk.
- Before your appointment: read the business's notes and open Directions for the route.
- Calendar: add the appointment to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.
- Video call: a few minutes before, Join the video call appears. The call happens on Closegram, in the chat with the business.
- Message the business: write to them if you're running late or have a question.
When the business marks your appointment as completed, you can rate it and leave a comment, which shows in the business's reviews.
Tip: If you can't make it, cancel or reschedule in time. If you don't show up, the business can mark the appointment as a no-show.
