I paid at OXXO or by SPEI and don't see my balance
When your cash or transfer top-up is credited.
OXXO and SPEI top-ups show as pending in your wallet until the money arrives. When they're credited we send you a notification.
- OXXO: credited when the store reports the payment. The reference expires after 3 days.
- SPEI: credited when the transfer arrives; it can take a while depending on your bank.
If it's been longer than usual, write to us in the support chat with your payment receipt.
