Balance PIN
Protect payments with your balance with a 4 to 6 digit PIN.
Your balance PIN protects your money. We ask for it on every in-store payment, on online purchases that use more than $1,000 of balance, and when sending money or paying a request of more than $2,000.
- 1Go to Settings > Wallet.
- 2Tap Balance PIN > Create.
- 3Choose a 4 to 6 digit PIN.
PINs that are too easy, like the same digit repeated or 1234, aren't accepted. After 5 wrong tries the PIN locks for 15 minutes.
Tip: To change it, we'll ask for your current PIN.
