How and where you see money returned to you.
Refunds for Shop purchases are made by the business. When a business refunds you, you see it in your payment history or your wallet activity, depending on how you paid.
What you paid with balance goes back to your balance. What you paid by card goes back to your card; how long it takes depends on your bank.
Tip: If the business accepted the refund and you don't see it after a few days, write to us in the support chat.
